Terms of Service
1. Who we are
5121 Asian Massage provides therapeutic massage services at 5121 Pacific Hwy E, Fife, WA 98424. By calling us, booking with us, or entering the studio you agree to these terms.
2. Scope of service — strictly therapeutic
All services offered are strictly professional and therapeutic massage.
- Clients are draped at all times. Only the area being treated is uncovered.
- Any request for services outside the scope of therapeutic massage will result in immediate termination of the session, without refund.
- Harassment of any kind toward our therapists will result in termination of the session and a permanent ban from the studio.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to adults 18 years of age and older only. We may ask for photo identification. Clients must not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances; if they are, we will decline the appointment.
4. Appointments, walk-ins and late arrival
Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours, subject to availability. Calling ahead is recommended. If you arrive late, we will do our best to honour the full session, but treatment time may be shortened so the next client is not delayed.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are as listed at the time of booking (current range $50–$80 per session). Payment is due at the end of the session. We accept cash and major credit and debit cards. Gratuity is optional and never expected.
6. Cancellations
Because we hold a private room and a therapist for you, please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in us declining future bookings.
7. Health, safety and your responsibilities
Please tell us before your session about any injury, surgery, pregnancy, skin condition, allergy, or medical condition that may affect your treatment, and about any medication that affects sensation. Massage is not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis — consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns. Our therapists may decline or adapt treatment where it is not safe to proceed.
8. Damages and personal property
Please leave valuables at home or in your vehicle. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property. You are responsible for the cost of repairing damage you cause to studio property.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, our liability arising from your visit is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Disputes are subject to the courts of Pierce County, Washington.
